When Penda Aiken, Inc. officially opened on January 7, 1990, for business in New York City, we started as a temporary and permanent placement agency specializing in office administration and legal services. The mission was simple – to provide superior customer service to our customers. Our goal is to recruit the best talent from diverse ethnicities and skillsets and place them at premier companies that value their workforce, and offer a safe work environment, competitive wages, and career growth.
Twenty-seven years later, competition in a global economy has certainly changed businesses’ internal and external hiring, training and retention practices.
At Penda Aiken, Inc. while our core competencies remain intact, under my leadership we have diversified our business mix and the sectors that we staff. After the hire, our workforce analytics and reporting help these same clients track recruitment stats, project performance and budgets.
